The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a five-year lease with Government termination rights, in whole or in part, effective at any time by providing not less than 60 days' prior written notice for approximately 10,000 usable square feet of warehouse space located within Fayetteville, North Carolina. The space shall be move-in ready by August 31, 2023, containing climate-controlled storage. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations, along with all safety and security standards set forth in the lease.
