S Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a 5-year lease beginning on or after August 1, 2021. Location of the property must be within 50-mile radius of the City of Charlotte and located in the State of North Carolina. The space should contain approximately 51,529 square feet (SF) of training and administrative space, 3,683 SF maintenance shop, 4,056 SF unheated storage, and 9,258 square yards (SY) sf of parking for privately owned vehicles. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations.
