The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for two (2) separate one year leases with options, and with Government termination rights, in whole or in part, effective at any time by providing not less than 60 days' prior written notice for approximately 12,000 usable square feet of warehouse space each located within a ¼ mile radius of 504 N. McPherson Church Rd., Fayetteville, NC 28305. Both warehouse spaces shall be located within the same plaza and move-in ready by September 30, 2021. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations, along with all safety and security standards set forth in the lease.
