The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a one year lease with Government termination rights, in whole or in part, effective at any time by providing not less than 60 days' prior written notice for approximately 13,700 usable square feet of medical office space located within a ¼ mile radius of 2451A Highway 17, Richmond Hill, GA 31324. The space shall be move-in ready by January 31, 2021, containing no less than 20 exam rooms, 2 Pediatric Screening rooms, 1 Behavioral Health office, 2 Group Rooms, 2 Telenurse/Case Manager rooms, 1 Treatment room, 4 patient restrooms, 4 public restrooms, 1 Blood Draw/Immunization room, 1 Laboratory, 1 Pharmacy, and 1 Patient Counselor room, along with 2 waiting areas. Facility must also contain adequate proportional share of approximately 250 parking spaces. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations, along with all safety and security standards set forth in the lease.
