Wanted to Purchase by U. S. Government The U.S. Government is seeking to purchase a minimum of 20 buildable acres for the construction of a U.S. Army Reserve Center in the general area of Area of Interest (AOI) to be considered is: From Asheville NORTH to Weaverville, NC (I-26 and Monticello Road) SOUTH to Saluda, NC (I-26 and Ozone Dr/Holbert Cove Rd - State Rd 1142) EAST to Black Mountain, NC (I-40 and State Rd 9) WEST to Waynesville, NC (US 74/23 and Hyatt Creek Rd) and located in the State of North Carolina. The property should also have all public utilities, good access and visibility, not located within the 100-year flood plain, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations The following information should be submitted and is required for consideration: Map/plat delineating property location, street address, zoning and utilities availability. Current Owner/Agents name, address, daytime telephone number and email address Approximate cost per acre.
