S Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a 5 year lease beginning on or after October 1, 2020. Location of the property must be within 50-mile radius northeast of the City of Athens, and located in the State of Georgia. The space should contain approximately 30,874 square feet (sf) of training and administrative, 9,000 sf maintenance shop, 1,500 sf unheated storage, 5,075 square yards (SY) of parking for privately owned vehicles and separate 8,125 SY of fenced Military Equipment Parking (MEP). The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations.
