The Jacksonville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks lease proposals for 1,220–2,060 gross rentable square feet of commercial storefront space within a 1¼-mile radius of 800 Ave Jesus T. Piñero, Cayey, PR 00736. The space must include assigned/adequate parking for approximately three Government vehicles during the day and overnight. The lease is for a five-year term with Government termination rights, and a full-service lease including utilities and janitorial services is preferred; the Government Lease must be used.
