The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, seeks lease proposals for 2,185–2,875 gross rentable square feet of commercial storefront space within a 1¼-mile radius of Nisky Center, Road No. 30, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, VI. The space must include adequate/assigned parking for about six Government vehicles both day and overnight. The preferred lease is a full-service, five-year term with Government termination rights, using the Government lease and attached requirements/specifications. Interested parties must obtain a contractor bid for build-out, complete and sign the Proposal to Lease Space form, and ensure SAM registration is completed before lease award; selection will be based on lowest overall cost to the Government, with past performance considered if applicable. The Government anticipates selecting a location approximately 30 days after the proposal stage and will conduct an appraisal/value estimate to determine fair market rental value.
