The Jacksonville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is advertising the notice of availability of approximately 408 acres for grazing in the municipality of Isabela, Puerto Rico: This area contains approximately 408 acres, which include access roads, work sites and buildings. A fence delineates the Isabela HFGCS perimeter boundaries. Non-industrial grasslands within the site are available to the lessee for grazing. Perimeter fences, interior fences, gates, corrals, and livestock feeders are to be maintained by the lessee. Must use Government Lease. The Government’s space and service requirements are described in the attached document entitled Notice of Availability. Additionally, the following documents which contain other Government leasing requirements are also attached for your review: 1. Notice of Availability - Agricultural Lease 2.. Land Use Regulation 3. DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY LEASE DACA17-9-21-4017 - template a. Notice for A&G Lease Offers; b. Corporate Certificate; c. Certificate of Authority; d. Partnership Certificate; e. Limited Liability Company Certificate f. SSN and/or Taxpayer Identification Number. Please review all the documents thoroughly so that you have a complete understanding of the Government’s requirements. For your proposal, ensure that you obtain a contractor’s bid to complete the build-out based on the requirements. Once you have obtained a contractor’s bid, please complete and sign the attached Proposal to Lease Space form.
