The space must offer primary and secondary ingress/egress, lighted parking for 15 government vehicles 24/7 plus additional parking during business hours, weekends, and holidays for about 19 employee vehicles and visitors/recruits, and allow military use beyond normal working hours including weekends and federal holidays.
