The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District seeks to lease 868–1,151 gross/rentable square feet of existing Class A or B retail space in Los Angeles, CA, within boundaries of Weyburn Ave (north), Wilshire Blvd (south), Westwood Blvd (east), and Veteran Ave (west). The space would house an Armed Forces Career Center under a full-service lease of up to five years with Government termination rights. Required features include primary and secondary ingress/egress, lighted parking for four Government vehicles 24/7, and additional parking during business hours, weekends, and holidays for about four employee vehicles plus visitors. Adequate public mass transit within three walking blocks is highly desired, and the site cannot be near sexually oriented businesses, bars, nightclubs, liquor stores, smoke shops, marijuana dispensaries, or other incompatible/odor-producing establishments. Building owner representatives must include documentation of exclusive authority to represent the owner.
