The Government seeks an 8-month lease for hangar space in or near Alpine, Texas, which may commence as soon as feasible. The required hangar must be at least 14,000 square feet with a 21-foot door height to store and maintain three UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters. The lease also desires up to 400 square feet of air-conditioned office space. Both the hangar and office require 24/7 keyed access, and the lease must include parking for 25 civilian vehicles and a fuel truck. Utilities must be included in the proposal price, and the lease includes 30-day termination rights.
