The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) seeks to lease approximately 3,660 rentable sq. feet of retail space within the following boundaries of greater Los Angeles: North: 3rd Street; South: Olympic Blvd. West: Western Avenue East: Vermont Avenue The space will be used for U.S. military recruiting offices. Space provided may be contiguous or provided as two non-contiguous suites measuring 1,690 and 1,975 square feet respectively. A total of eleven (11) on-site parking spaces are required for government vehicles at the property. Adequate mass transit (buses, trains, rail cars) for the public should be available within three walking blocks.
