The space must be divisible into suites measuring approximately 1,140 sq. feet for recruiting purposes, and a 980 sq. foot office for a Navy officer. Six parking spaces are required for Navy vehicles on the property, or within two blocks . Adequate mass transit (buses, trains, rail cars) for the public should be available within three walking blocks.
