The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease one (1) shopping mall kiosk, with one (1) designated or open parking space, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. A one-year firm term lease with four one-year renewal options is intended. Space must be ready for occupancy by 30 September 2019. Expressions of interest should include the following: - Building name and address - kiosk space dimensions and/or specs - Digital photo of kiosk space - Rental rate per rentable space - Common area factor(s) for available space, if applicable Interested parties may contact: Sarah J.
