The U.S. Government is considering alternate retail/office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center under a full-service lease if economically advantageous. The required space is a minimum of 4,000 and maximum of 4,055 rentable square feet, with a lease term not to exceed five years and Government termination rights. Performance location is within a defined delineated area in American Canyon, CA, bounded by Napa Junction Road, Donaldson Way E, Highway 29, and the railroad tracks intersecting with S Napa Junction Road. Designated on-site parking for up to nine government vehicles must be provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Government will consider relocation costs, tenant improvements, telecommunication infrastructure, and agency downtime when evaluating alternate space.
