The U.S. Government is considering alternate space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center lease in Fairfield, CA, within a delineated area bounded by Mangels Boulevard to the north, Highway 80 to the south, Green Valley Road to the east, and Roberts Road to the west. The requirement is a full-service lease for professional office space of at least 2,900 and no more than 3,000 rentable square feet, with a lease term not to exceed five years and Government termination rights. The space must provide designated on-site parking for up to nine government vehicles on a 24/7 basis. Interested respondents may include building owners or their authorized representatives, and owner representatives must provide documentation granting exclusive representation rights.
