The U.S. Government is considering economically advantageous alternate space for a full-service lease of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center, requiring a minimum of 800 and maximum of 850 rentable square feet. The lease term will not exceed five years and must include Government termination rights. Space must be located within a delineated area in Danville, CA, bounded by El Cerro Boulevard, Sycamore Valley Road, Highway 680, and Verona Avenue to Estates Drive to San Ramon Valley Road. Designated on-site parking for up to two government vehicles must be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Interested building owners or authorized representatives with exclusive representation rights may respond, and representatives must provide documentation of their exclusive authority.
