The U.S. Government seeks a full-service lease of professional office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center, requiring a minimum of 1,200 RSF and a maximum of 1,600 RSF. The total initial lease term shall be less than five years. The space must be located within the delineated area bounded by S Temple S, 400S/University Blvd, S 900 E, and S State St. Designated on-site parking for up to four government vehicles must be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the offered space must meet Government Lease requirements. Interested building owners or authorized representatives may submit details including building/space information, RSF and USF, availability date, proposed rental rate per RSF, and evidence of ownership or representation; the Government intends a competitive procurement and may issue an RLP to qualifying respondents.
