The U.S. Government seeks a full-service lease for retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center, requiring 1,700–1,739 rentable square feet. The space must be within the City Limits of Woodland, CA, and include designated on-site parking for up to five government vehicles on a 24/7 basis. The total initial lease term shall not exceed five years, and offered space must meet the terms of the Government Lease.
