The U.S. Government is considering alternate retail/related space if economically advantageous to replace an expiring lease, accounting for relocation costs such as move costs, tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive downtime. It requires a full-service lease of 1,500–1,720 rentable square feet of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center, with a term not exceeding five years and Government termination rights. Space must be within a defined delineated area in Elko, NV, and include designated on-site parking for up to three Government vehicles on a 24/7 basis. Offered space must meet Government requirements under the Government Lease. Interested building owners or exclusive representatives may respond, with representatives required to provide an exclusivity agreement, representation letter, and listing contract or other executed agreement granting exclusive representation rights.
