The government is seeking a fully serviced office-space lease up to five (5) years (1-year firm term with 4 renewal year options), with termination rights for approximately 620 rentable square feet within the delineated area set forth in the below attachment/map. The layout must have, or be able to accommodate, a divided office with at least one (1) private office and one (1) room that accommodates the following: 1) a large conference table (approximately a 10 foot x 4 foot table); 2) Fifty Inch (50") large screen monitor on one (1) wall; 3) an 8 foot x 4 foot glass whiteboard. The term is to begin on 14 September 2022 through 13 September 2023, with renewal rights through 13 September 2027.
