In making ... The U.S. Government currently occupies two (2) reserved covered parking stalls under lease that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate reserved covered parking stalls that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as the cost and the distance to employee’s work. Only reserved covered parking stalls within a four (4) block radius of 64 Shattuck Square, Berkeley, CA 94707 shall be considered. The government’s desire is for a lease term of one (1) base year with four (4) option years. Only the government shall have the right to exercise any option year after the base year. Offered parking stalls must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease. Interested respondents may include parking garage/lot owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent parking garage/lot owners. Representatives of parking garage/lot owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the owner with their response to this advertisement.
