This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Defense Logistics Agency to identify potential manufacturing/supply sources, and if future efforts can be competitive or Set Aside for Small Business. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 335311 which has a corresponding Size Standard of 750 employees and The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 333924 which has a corresponding Size Standard of 750. This SSS is to notify companies that the Defense Logistics Agency, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is seeking qualified sources for the acquisition of the following corresponding Size Standard of 1,250 employees. This SSS is to notify companies that the Defense Logistics Agency, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is seeking qualified sources for the acquisition of a Truck, Hand; NSN: 3920-01-480-9100, Part Number: A12794 in support of the M-C8 Ground Support Equipment Weapon System, and for the acquisition of a Cable Assembly Spec: NSN 6150-01-092-0612 Part Number: 11455208 M-D6 Patriot Weapon System. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling and or manufacturing restrictions. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-1 and 15.3 as supplemented by the DoD Source Selection Procedures referenced in DFARS 215.300 to make a best Beta.SAM.gov Sources Sought value award decision. The Government is interested in all businesses to include 8(a), small business and small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. All contractors must meet prequalification requirements to be registered as a potential source.
