Requests for solicitation will receive no response. This Sources Sought notice is published for market research purposes only. This market survey is conducted to identify potential sources capable of meeting the requirements for providing Catholic Priest services at Hurlburt Field. The draft Statement of Work (SOW) is included to provide respondents a better understanding of the needs of Hurlburt Field and the respondent's potential capability to meet the government's requirements. DETAILS: Firms responding to this notice shall indicate whether they are a large or small business. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be awarded a DoD contract. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 813110, Religious Organizations, with a Small Business standard of $8M. Prospective contractors are cautioned to ensure that the proper NAICS code appears in their SAM report. The Air Force has not yet determined the acquisition strategy for this requirement, including whether a set-aside strategy is applicable. All interested parties shall submit a capabilities package. Interested contractors shall submit up to a maximum 4 page capabilities document. The capabilities package shall be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. The package shall include not only the desired capability, but also a summarized plan of how the capabilities will be met. Include the following in your statement of capabilities: Company Name; Address; Point of Contact; Telephone number; E-Mail Address; CAGE Code; Web Page URL; and Small Business Size Certification if applicable. Please submit one (1) electronic copy of your response to drew.yanez@us.af.mil and christopher.smith.110@us.af.mil no later than Friday, 24 April 2020 at 2:00 PM (Local Time – Hurlburt Field, FL). CONCLUSION: The government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quotation, nor does this issuance restrict the government's acquisition approach. The government reserves the right to reject in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement. If the government decides to award a contract for this effort, a solicitation will be issued at a later date.
