This is an unrestricted, full and open competition with a HUB Zone price evaluation preference for Jalapeno Cashews and Toaster Pastry Snacks for use in Unitized Group Ration programs. The contract is a 3-year, tiered indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type, awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis with firm fixed pricing. All delivery is FOB Destination to Depot Tracy, California. Inspection will occur at the origin, while acceptance will occur at the destination. Product Demonstration Models are a mandatory requirement for the proposal.
