U.S. Naval Medical Research Unit No. 6 (Namru-6) in Lima, Peru is searching for a supplier of Liquid Nitrogen on a weekly basis to keep full and constant capacity, the amount of tanks needed are 16 a month, 4 tanks of 154.13 m3 each week. If capable sources are not identified through this notice, then NAMRU 6 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 13.106-l(b)(i) to the local vendor (Peru) Air Products SAC. The pre solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Sources interested to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management, technical data and cost information, with details and supporting evidence to demonstrate the capability to perform the required work. The capability statement shall not exceed 5 pages (8.5 x 11 inch) using a font size not smaller than 10 points. All capability statements received by the due date will be considered by the Government. A request for documentation, additional information or submissiones that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source contract. Capabilities statements are due by 12:00 pm local time, June 23, 2022.
