United States Army Africa is requesting information on point of care testing capabilities that uses throat swab and/or nasal swab specimens combined, collected from patients suspected of COVID-19 by a health care professional at the level of care of an emergency medical technician. - The testing capabilities needs to be able to positive and negative results based on SARS-CoV-2 RNA testing. - The rapid results cycle should be available within 45 minutes or less. - The test needs to be incompliance with Food and Drug Administration’s emergency use authorization or ensure record keeping is made available. -Power requirements are either 220v or 110v FDA or ECU. - Frequency is as needed to test individuals. - The requirement is to do a minimum of one test per run - These device are intended to operate in austere environment - Delivery within the next 30 days to several countries in Africa.
