The United States Air Force requires an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase of COVID19 FDA EUA Authorized test Kits and associated Lab service, and test site standup. FDA EUA Authorized Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Diagnostic Panel Assay for asymptomatic screening Exclusive lab capacity of no less than 50,000 test per day executed in accordance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) and operating under Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) license. Capability to execute mass screening at a rate of 200 collections/hour per collection site Be able to produce and provide 6,500,000 COVID-19 PCR collection kits and test over 6 months Production in accordance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 13485: Quality Management Systems for Medical Devices. Data interface with DoD Electronic health record system and protect data with Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 U.S.C. ยง 552a, contract clauses, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. Provide distribution of kits to over 1,000 testing sites within the United States at anytime during 6 months Provide online training (to include test administration, IT interface training, test handing, etc. list is not all inclusive) and provide support for at least 1,000 testing sites Estimated Ordering Period of Performance for IDIQ is 6 months
