A) Upgrade the elevator frames and door to stainless steel in order to protect the wear surface adding a durability. This stainless steel upgrade will provide protection from wear and reduce maintenance. B) Provide concrete pavers for height difference and provide a heavy duty wear surface by adding concrete pavers to the satellite patio. This add of concrete pavers will provide protection from wear and reduce maintenance. C) Add support structure components and non-automated overhead doors at for the Assembly Hall. By adding the overhead doors, it would give the unit the ability to provide a physical separation of the main entry hall and assembly hall for specific events and functions throughout the year. D) Add operable partition, classroom cabinets/countertops. By adding the operable partition, classroom cabinets/countertops, it would give the unit the ability to provide a physical separation of the classroom and additional storage plus usable space for Specific training events and classes throughout the year. E) Add minimal MDF wainscoting in specific areas around office doors to provide additional protection from wear and impacts. F) Add two (2) High Volume, Low Speed Ventilation Fans and associated structural and electrical components for installation; including coordination with the Fire Design to ensure compliance.
