This request was submitted and approved pursuant to the authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), One source or limited sources as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. J&A No. ACQ3-21-001 dated 06 November 2020 previously increased the capacity of this SB-DBMACC by $98 million from $240 million to $338 million.
