This is a 100% small business set-aside commercial solicitation for one Superconducting Nanowire Single-Photon Detection (SNSPD) system and ancillary items. Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis, and offerors must meet all requirements in the referenced Minimum Requirements Document to be considered technically acceptable. Delivery is required within 28 weeks after receipt of order to AFRL/RYMM, 3109 Hobson Way, Building 622, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Offerors must include all warranty requirements and documentation with their quote and identify how long the quote remains valid. Applicable commercial FAR/DFARS provisions and clauses, including small business and cybersecurity requirements, will be incorporated into any resulting contract.
