This is a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement for Water Testing & Analysis services, with a total master dollar limit of $500,000. The period of performance begins upon award and lasts for five years or until the funding ceiling is reached. Services will be delivered to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The award will be made to the offeror with an acceptable technical rating and the lowest total evaluated price. All prospective contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
