AMENDMENT 1: Reposts the requirement with corrected requirements and justification information. Originally, the minimum requirements called for a frequency range of 1 MHz to 44 GHz, this was a typographical error by the contracting office. The correct frequency range required is 1 MHz to +40 GHz. This is inline with the required output power of -120 dBm to +20 dBm (tunable).
