9/16/2026: Amendment 1 9/15/2026: See the attached Synopsis/Solicatation Combo and Performance of Work (PWS).

The government has extended this opportunity for mission-critical laboratory courier support to the USAFSAM Epidemiology Laboratory because award and transition cannot be completed by 21 September 2026 without a severe lapse in service. Offerors who already submitted quotations may either reaffirm and extend their existing quote validity through at least 28 February 2027 or submit a revised quotation and/or technical proposal. Offerors that do neither may be evaluated based on their existing submissions, subject to quote validity constraints. Amendment 2 is expected to post in October 2026 with these changes.
