Synopsis Request for Quote Repair of the C-5 Control Column Stick Shaker This requirement is synopsized as a Competitive, Total Small Business Set-Aside, IAW FAR 19.5. The C-5 Control Column Stick Shaker is part of the C-5 Galaxy Flight Control and Stallimiter system and is an integral part of warning the flight crew of an aircraft stall condition. In the aircraft, the Stick Shaker motor is energized by the aircraft Stallimiter System, which rotates an unbalanced internal mass through speed reduction gearing. The Government owns the data required to repair and overhaul the Control Column Stick Shaker. The Government does not own the data for the special test equipment required. Interested parties shall be registered in the Joint Certification Program and approved to view Export Control and shall submit evidence of their certification in order to obtain the associated technical data packages.
