The Colorado Air National Guard (COANG), at Buckley SFB, Colorado is requesting information and conducting market research to identify and determine if there are potential sources which have the capabilities to provide mindfulness leadership training that meets the requirements as outlined below. As part of its market research, the COANG is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there are companies who can provide the requested mindfulness leadership training capable of meeting the requirements listed below. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources. No Request for Quote (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes on which the COANG can issue any contract. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute an RFQ. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this Sources Sought. All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. The COANG will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought. Interested sources shall provide a response detailing their capability to provide DAMAS Ramps capable of meeting the listed specifications. Please provide the following information: Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization, and if applicable any Government contract vehicle numbers; Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational capability. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses, procured through full and open competition, or sole sourced. Please note telephonic responses WILL NOT be accepted. Training Requirements: Contractor will provide leadership training to help members lead themselves and implement mindfulness within their teams to increase performance & productivity. Additionally, the contractor will provide interactive exercises with leaders and teams on practicing mindfulness, stress management, and training their minds for optimal focus, performance, and fulfillment both at work and at home. Training required on 5 April 2022.
