THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This justification and approval for other than full and open competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302 and 6.302a. Any and all redactions in this published document (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contract proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure. As the Governement's intent to acquire using other than full and open competition was previously published on the Government-wide Point of Entry (Sam.gov) and all public comments considered at this time, the Government does not intend to respond further concerning this publication.
