THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. Thias justification and approval for other than full competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with the established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305. Any and all redactions in this published document ( that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contract propietary information which the Government must protect form unauthorized disclosure.As the Government's intent to acquire using other than full and open competition was previously published on the Government-wide Point of Entry (Sam.gov) and all public comments considered at this time, the Government does not intend to respond further concerning this publication. This is renewal year 5 of a 5 year contract with Honeywell International, Inc. This maintenance agreement will provide EMCS maintenance to the system integrated on Vance AFB.
