This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005 83. The provisions that apply to this acquisition are identified in the DITCO Basic Agreements and Section M of the attached document. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 with a small business standard of $27.5 million. The requested service date and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached inquiry. The product and service code for this telecommunications requirement is D316.
