DLA is seeking sources capable of manufacturing the listed NSN items and requests manufacturer locations (city, state, or country) and point-of-contact details, submitted to Zachary Mullins at Zachary.mullins@dla.mil. Companies seeking qualification as an Approved Source must submit an application package through DLA Land and Maritime’s Alternate Offer/Source Approval Request (SAR) Program. The SAR package must include technical data demonstrating the prospective contractor can manufacture the product to the same quality as, or better than, the OEM, with the contractor responsible for documenting equivalency or superiority to the currently approved item. Interested sources should also complete and return the attached market survey to the Contract Specialist.
