The Product Identification Description (PID) list the only approved sources, which is Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Eaton Aerospace, LLC, CAGE code 62983 and Bell Textron, CAGE code 97499. The objective of this procurement is to place the item in a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQC) long-term contract (LTC) of a maximum of two (2) years, divided into a base period of two (2-years) with no option period. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed two (2) years. The Government will solicit the acquisition using FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Certified Cost and Pricing Data is required for some of the items. The scope of the procurement is limited to the one item listed in Section B of the solicitation. The Government does not intend to bundle these items. Interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
