Approved Sources and Part Number: 3M Company (76381), P/N 3MN128PL Jessup Manufacturing Company (1YYH3), P/N 7630?G?12X15?10 ADQ: 14,650 NAICS: 323117, Business Standard: 1,250 This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation (Other Than Full and Open Competition) and will be solicited per FAR part 13.5; DAG 5.207(d)(2)(iv). This is not set-aside for small business. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. Long Term Contract, fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), with a three-year base period and two options for one year each for a total term of five years. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and socioeconomic as described in the solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance points as required per the solicitation. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the solicitation. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 7/3/2023; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1). Hard copies of the solicitation are not available. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. Users not having access to the Internet may contact the DODSSP, Bldg. 4/D, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5094. Patterns, Drawings, Deviations Lists, Purchase Description, etc., are not stocked at the DODSSP. All proposals shall be in the English language and in US dollars.
