The scope of this acquisition is for a firm fixed price, FAR Part 13.5; Indefinite Delivery Contract for the procurement of COOLER, LUBRICATING - NSN 2930014828333 and VALVE, GATE - NSN 4810014545284. The Government is pursuing a long-term contract, for the duration of a three (3) year base period and two (2), one-year options. Options are exercised at the discretion of the government. The total duration based plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the Request for Proposal (RFP). This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Please note, all of the approved sources listed may not be the approved sources for all of the project's NSNs. Approved source is: U.S.A. SPARES INC. (1UF60). This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or around June 17, 2022.
