The subject requirement is for the acquisition of the NSNs 2090-016754328. This will be solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract containing a 3-year base period and two 1 year option periods. The total duration, base plus option years, shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 12 procedures and will require commercial sales support documentation. The estimated Solicitation Issue date is on or about 9/15/2021, with the Response date on or around 10/15/2021. The approved source for the NSN included in the solicitation is MALPASS CONSTRUCTION CO INC (3V188) which shall be considered. NSN is now part of the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program, which is Government, arranged commercial transportation will be used in lieu of supplier provided transportation. Suppliers will register with DLA's Vendor Shipment Module (VSM). When ready to ship, supplier will request a pick-up in VSM.
