This is a sources sought notice for the following NSNs: NSN CAGE Name PART NUMBER 3010016054119 66935 JOHNSON CONTROLS NAVY SYSTEMS 325-43427-000 6695016180839 66935 JOHNSON CONTROLS NAVY SYSTEMS 025-40107-004 DLA Land and Maritime is considering a future solicitation(s), and subsequent award, of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC/LTC) for the item(s) listed below. The resultant IQC/LTC could potentially range from 3 to 5 years in length. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Please provide any adddtional sources that may be able to manufacture these items. See attached Market Survey. Please complete and return directly to the buyer. Interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. In order to make a commercial determination, we would need sufficient documentation to support commerciality. 1. Published price lists (provide location of website) 2. Unredacted commercial sales history (e.g. invoices showing sales to companies ouside of Federal, State, or Local Government). The importance of un-redacted invoices is to assist in providing items have been sold commercially at like prices for like quantities. 3. Proof of availability or announcement of the commerical items to the general public (provide location of websites).
