This is a sources sought notice required when using only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). DLA Land and Maritime is considering a future solicitation(s), and subsequent award, of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC/LTC) for the item(s) listed below. The resultant IQC/LTC could potentially range from 3 to 5 years in length. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). See attached Market Survey questionarrie and spreadsheet for NSNs and approved sources. Please provide any adddtional sources that may be able to manufacture these items. Please complete and return directly to the buyer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. In order to make a commercial determination, we would need sufficient documentation to support commerciality.
