This is a sources sought notice required when using 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - Available from only one or a limited number of sources. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). DLA Land and Maritime is considering a future solicitation(s), and subsequent award, of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC/LTC) for the item(s) listed below. The resultant IQC/LTC could potentially range from 3 to 5 years in length. Interested persons may identify to the contracting o?icer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. In order to make a commercial determination, we would need su?icient documentation to support commerciality. Types of commercial documentation: 1. Un-redacted commercial sales history (i.e. invoices documenting sales to commercial customers). 2.
