The NSN is a code & part number item, limited to approved sources of supply, see solicitation once it is issued for a list of approved sources. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The proposed procurement contains a three (3) year base period and 2 one (1) – year options for a possible, not to exceed a 5-year Long Term Contract (LTC). This procurement will be solicited as unrestricted with other than full and open competition, using FAR Part 15 procedures. Wile price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and socioeconomic factors as described in section M of the solicitation. The solicitation will open on or about July 8, 2021. The solicitation “SPE7MX21R0113” will not be available until it is issued on DIBBS https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp.
