These replacement floor kits are for the M871A3, 22 1/2 Ton Semitrailer. The procurement will be solicited by competitive technical data, and the complete item description is attached to this notice (technical data can be obtained as described further below). The purpose of this synopsis is to locate sources interested in the solicitation. The solicitation will be synopsized separately at a later date and will potentially be a 100% small business set-aside (size limit 1000 Employees).
